Oh boy, #3 is word-for-word an actual conversation I've had with myself. More than once...

It's good that Orthographs make me laugh, because I think I might cry otherwise :)

Me, too. And I've concluded we are all of us blind, dumb, and deluded.

But, let's face it, some are MUCH MORE SO than others!!!!

S-P you're killing me with irony. Thank God I'm not like those with self-deluded piety...wait, what?! Aw man.

This is no joke, S-P....

Earlier last week, I prayed that our Lord would show me where I have (and continue to be) deaf, dumb, and blind in my daily life.

Oh my....

I am realizing that it is in these above areas where Our Lord desires that we become "wise" and "intelligent".

This wisdom and intelligence sets starts to set in (sometimes painfully) when your deafness, blindness, and inpetitude is reflected back to you in your interactions with others.

Yip...those frequent "Lord, Have Mercy" prayers that appear in the ancient liturgies and cyclical prayers are making more & more sense.
