These are more miscellaneous pictures of our first Holy Week in our new building. This is the Epitaphion decorated on Holy Friday.
The vigil, reading of the Psalter Friday night until Saturday morning at the tomb.
Holy Saturday baptisms in the gazebo.
Our seven "about to be newly illumined"...
O Happy Day...
The newly baptized.
My new godson, Joseph (the Betrothed) and his wife, two children (James hiding behind mom is the one who wasn't enjoying the Bridegroom hymns in the video), and Joseph's Mom who came for his baptism....awaiting chrismation on the "Group W" bench. (If you get that, you're old.)
The reading of the Gospel on Holy Saturday morning (if you peek between the icons you can see we got our IKEA wardrobe cabinets built and installed during Holy Week. No more open shelves and hanging vestments in the altar area.)
Sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit.

That's a wonderful, big group of newly illumined. What a blessing! BTW, is that Reader Basil (Bill) Gould-As Usual in the red robe?
Christ is Risen! It was a great day. Reader Bill is in the black to the left of the gazebo, Isaac, one of my godsons is in the purple, he's our Sacristan and head acolyte. Bill got home at 5AM Sunday and had to be on a plane to Portland at 7AM for to do a presentation at a business conference. I'll have to ask him if he shouted "CHRIST IS RISEN!" in his stupor. :)
"O Happy Day!" LOL!! There's an inside Campbellite joke if I've ever heard one. Christ is risen!
Kirk, Glad someone caught that...nice to hear from you again, brother.
I shouldn't say inside joke. More of an insiders reference. Congratulations to all those who were baptized or chrismated! As many as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
s-p, I am so happy for your parish. This is an inspiration to many. Thanks for sharing.
