Well, of course it's about my life and stuff I think about. Just like a quadzillionbazillion other bloggers. I'm obsessed with God. I love beauty, enjoy absurdity, dance with despair, seek silence, and think everyone is goofy. Here's my world and what I think of it....

He's adorable, Steve! He can bake our bread anyday,
Christ is Born!
The Fillars
Okay that was cute. And now I think you are southern because all my southern friends either call their grandfathers Pappy or Papaw!
That was so lovely ! How did the bread turn out , by the way ?
very cute!!! so glad you get to be with your small little grandson! how very wonderful! I have very good memories of my Grandpa... :)
Thanks for sharing! That looks like fun :)
In case I haven't already said it, Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Ali, My Father is from Arkansas and grandson is from Texas. So the Wifie and I are "Pappy and Mammy". When he was born all the grandparents (6 of us) had to pick names. So, yep, there's also a Papaw and Mamaw.
The bread turned out great. Its my "simple bread recipe"...it's even "Me-proof". :)
Steven,
That was great! I want to know who painted your kitchen, you or your wife? It is magnificent! I'm coming over for coffee.
Ryan
Ryan, I painted it years ago because the cabinets were basically the cheapest dark walnut cabinets you could buy. Every door and drawer front is a different combination of "Mexican Cantina colors". It took a few weeks of nights after work to do. I'll take some other pictures and post them. People either love them or think I'm a goofball. C'mon over!
Can we do both? Love them & think you're a goofball!
