Well, of course it's about my life and stuff I think about. Just like a quadzillionbazillion other bloggers. I'm obsessed with God. I love beauty, enjoy absurdity, dance with despair, seek silence, and think everyone is goofy. Here's my world and what I think of it....

I'm not humble, I just don't like myself very much.
What happened to numbers 3 and 4? :(
Hi nh. I'm like you, I think. But I look at humble people and what I notice about them is that they forget themselves. Their concentration is on others when talking with them, on God when in church and prayer. How do you get to be like that?
JLB, Oops. #3 is "The Speed of Piety" and I guess #5 is the leavetaking of #4.
NH, Not many of us are, and not many of us do.
Recently when I've caught myself in certain turns of mind I've thought, "Oooooops... Orthograph moment, Margi."
I think though most of us do get to be genuinely 'like that' but the rub is that it doesn't last long (we can't stand too much time spent away from me) and of course as soon as we're aware of it it's gone.
Margaret, "Orthograph moment"... I'm going to have to use that somewhere. :)
Ruth, I think if we'd focus on being "Christians" instead of "humble" we'd get there faster.
