I/C, This one you have to work for. :)
I think the scandal of it is that most people in ministry, while claiming to be "the servant of all" truly relate to those they are ministering to as "weaker than I" in some way. Once we regard someone else as "weak" we either try to fix them or dominate them, but both are really the same thing, one is just more outwardly less aggressive (the co-dependent, who is actually as much a control freak as the abusive ego jerk, s/he just goes about it in different ways). Unfortunately "ministry" provides a spiritual face for this kind of stuff within us.
