Well, of course it's about my life and stuff I think about. Just like a quadzillionbazillion other bloggers. I'm obsessed with God. I love beauty, enjoy absurdity, dance with despair, seek silence, and think everyone is goofy. Here's my world and what I think of it....

ROFLOL!!!
O.o
I wonder if this is how he talks all the time at city council meetings...
Uh oh... what if this is another viral marketing campaign, and you just fell right into it again? :)
try downgrading to crack from whatever you are on now. I picked a heck of a week to quit smoking.
A masters in communication? From Billy Bob Tech?
Yeah, I had that on my facebook page a few days ago and we were all in our office laughing about it today.
Best viral video since the "bed intruder" guy...
I have become convinced that advanced degrees (Master's, PhDs, etc.) are much more about persistence than they are about competence. On a side note, many people find public speaking VERY stressful. Maybe his master's in communication focused on small group dynamics?
No, next to the worst......Howard Dean YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would totally vote for him if i could, who else has that kind of passion to be a county treasurer...

Fr. Stephen,
As a student at a community college in Memphis, I can assure you that the students at Billy Bob Tech can handle their crack and/or amphetamines while engaged in public speaking. This guy clearly can't.
Perhaps in the upcoming DSM-5 aspiring politician disorder should have its own diagnostic code.
Maybe...he just did it for the lulz?
That guy is the only infestation I'd be worried about. Where are the guys with the white coats? Was that real?
I lived in Prescott, Arizona in the mid-seventies. A City Councilman there, with a reputation for eccentricity both personal and political, soon after I moved back eastward stood up to address some question before the Council. Somehow he segued into Patrick Henry's "giver me liberty or give me death," whereupon, unlike Richard Corey, he pulled out a gun and put a bullet through his head, right then and there.
I couldn't bear to watch this all the way through. It looked likely to end badly.
Reminds me of Dwight Schrute's "Wheels of History" speech at the sales convention.
"Y'know...the mess in the Treasurer's office is soooooooooooooo bad I can't even tell the difference between the uppers and the downers stashed in my desk drawer. I even swallowed the wrong doggone pill... And that's the third... gulp... now fourth time in a row."
ROTFLMAO! This boys and girls is why we don't do crack.
It looks like he got pointers on public speaking from Mad TV's Coach Hines and Macho Man Randy Savage....yeeeeeaaah!
I was thinking that it was a pity he hadn't memorized his speech, but then his audience would have gotten no breaks from the full-blown crazy. He obviously practiced his hand signals, though.
Magda, I think part of the irony of it is he more than likely DID rehearse the speech (especially if he had a Masters in communications). Maybe it was those five pots of coffee staying up all night rehearsing.....
Ranger- Chris Farley = :)40x Say no more...
I watched this hoping it was a comic stunt. It was not.
He was recently a guest on Good Morning America and I was taken aback as to how composed, coherent and amiable he was.
HAHaahahaahhaa................ BWAHAHAHAHA............. "I HAVE BEEN A REPUBLICAN!!!!!!!" hehehehehehehhee........... This dude has watched way too many John Hagee ministry episodes! heheehehhee.............. He's on crack, though, right? Or at least RedBull & Vodka. "POLITICS IS NOT TOUCH FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!!" hehehehehehhe..........................
This man obviously has some sort of serious problem and you think it is funny? What's next, poking fun of retarded people?
Mark Walker
"AND I HAVE A MASTERS DEGREE IN COMMUNICATION!!!!" *runs back to podium to find place in speech*
