Orthgraph #56 - Speaking of "speaking of"

Do you fast?
Let the ears by not listening to evil talk and gossip.
For what good is it if we abstain from birds and fishes,
but bite and devour our brothers and sisters? (St. John Chrysostom).

These last two posts have taken Orthographs to an even more brilliant level.

Exactly how slow should I cross myself?

There was an entire Orthograph devoted to that!!

But, man, could that be played with!

Then again, I use the Jesus Prayer as the rhythm for my golf swing. It works.

Matthew, it depends on the "sinfulness" of the gossip. For adultery, pretty dang slow. Something more mundane and ordinary like embezzling from the Church or being seen in a bar during Lent eating wings you can do a quickie. I may have to post a guide for that too I think.

Do you own the rights to the image above? If so, may I use it for a church youth workshop? If not, do you know who does?
