I couldn't find these in the archives, so I'm re-posting them for James the Thickheaded. I don't know which is campier, the voice overs or the original movie...

Well, of course it's about my life and stuff I think about. Just like a quadzillionbazillion other bloggers. I'm obsessed with God. I love beauty, enjoy absurdity, dance with despair, seek silence, and think everyone is goofy. Here's my world and what I think of it....

Definitely the voice over. "In the name of me... what is going on here?" (Thanks!)

Here's a link to some more of those Jesus videos. Good stuff! It's like Southpark, you don't want it to be funny because it's so bad, but it's funny because there is so much truth in it!
Where I from they call this sacrilege.
Anon, In one way I agree with you, on the other hand I look at these as making fun of a "sacreligious image" of Christ that unfortunately Christians have put forth to the world. As el cuerpo negro notes, the reason it is funny is because there is truth in the parody. Religious satire is a very fine line and not everyone's cup of tea... the folks at "The Onion Dome" know that. All that said, if I have offended, please forgive. No offense was intended.
